Leadership Associates’ Statement to Districts, Clients, and Partners in response to COVID-19

As California’s Premier Executive Search and Leadership Development firm, we continue to deliver high-quality services to school districts. Our highest priority remains the health, safety, and protection of our clients and partners.  We will continue to  provide search and leadership development services in a socially responsible manner consistent with local, state and national recommendations. We also recognize the need to be flexible in our approach and responsive to the preferences of individual district boards. 

Leadership Associates has established protocols for delivery of our services which respect all state, local and national guidelines. These protocols cover the increased use of technology to limit group gatherings, minimizing travel, respecting social distancing guidelines, and providing options for the conduct of designated meetings such as stakeholder input and candidate interviews.
